How it works
- Shoot your before and after photos with the Camera app, the way you already do.
- Create the job: customer name, address, job title, date.
- Add a task for each part of the work — before photo, after photo, note. Repeat.
- Create the report, check the preview, and share the PDF.

ProofPair is free to download. Unlimited jobs, tasks, photos, your business profile, search and your full history are free forever — together with complete, unwatermarked reports for one job, which you can re-create as often as you like.
ProofPair Pro unlocks reports for all of your other jobs. It is a one-time purchase: no subscription, nothing renews, and it restores on any device signed in with the same Apple Account. Nothing else is ever locked.
The price is set per country by the App Store and is shown in the app before you buy. Because ProofPair is not published yet, no price is live.
Privacy, in one paragraph
Your jobs, photos and business details stay on your iPhone. ProofPair has no account, no servers of ours, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it asks for no permissions — photos come through Apple's photo picker, which hands over only what you select. Imported photos are re-encoded, which removes their location and camera metadata; only the capture time is kept so it can be printed. - Is there a subscription?
- No. One optional one-time purchase, and that is all.
- Does it work offline?
- Yes — everything except buying or restoring the upgrade, which goes through the App Store.
- Can I take photos inside the app?
- Not in this version. Use the Camera app, then pick the photos in ProofPair.
- iPad or Android?
- No. This version is iPhone only, iOS 18.5 or later.
